Do I need a special art television?
No. The USB is intended for televisions that can display JPEG photos from a USB drive. Look for a USB port and a Photos, Media Player, Gallery, or USB option in your TV menu.
Will it work on every smart TV?
Compatibility depends on the specific television. Many TVs support USB photo playback, but not every model provides the same features. Check your manual before ordering if you are uncertain.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. The Family Gallery USB is a one-time physical purchase. There is no Family Gallery app or recurring fee.
How many artworks are included?
The USB includes more than 600 captioned works of classic art.
Are the paintings identified?
Yes. Every prepared image includes the artwork title and artist on a caption bar.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
The USB itself does not need Wi-Fi. It is read locally by the television’s photo or media player.
How fast should the slideshow change?
We suggest beginning with 45–90 seconds per image, then adjusting for your room and preference.
Where do I purchase it?
Orders and payment are completed through The Family Gallery’s Etsy listing.
What if I need help?
